APPETIZERS
mini pastry puffs filled with a delicious cream sauce, spinach, and shrimp.
“BANG BANG” FRIED SHRIMP
Medium shrimp fried to a golden brown and topped with a zesty homemade sauce.
Hand rolled cheeseburger eggrolls stuffed with Colby jack cheese, sweet relish, and a homemade dipping sauce for that extra flavor. Great for parties.
ENTREES
Pan seared lamb chops cooked to temperature order. Cooked with a homemade brown sugar glaze. Comes with a side of whipped buttered mash potatoes and garlic buttered rice.
Black peppered chicken cooked Asian style. Made with an assorted cut of veggies and buttered steamed rice with a hint of soy sauce for that Asian style taste.
Pan seared lamb smothered in a homemade parmesan crust. Served with toasted brioche bread and sauteed spinach.
Tomahawk Steak (cooked to temp.) with Jumbo Sauteed Asparagus and a Jumbo Lobster Tail. Finished with a garlic butter sauce and brioche toasted bread.
Roasted Duck Breast seared and cooked to perfection. Served with your choice of sides like sauteed carrots, asparagus, buttered rice, and a side of orange sauce.
DESSERTS
Homemade Vanilla Creme Brulee. This French culinary favorite is made with real vanilla beans for a soft, creamy, delicious dessert topped with fresh berries. This has to be ordered a day or so in advanced in order to achieve its perfection.
Canoles are handmade to perfection at least a day in advanced. The shells are custom made with a cinnamon flavor. The succulent cream is custom made and blended with whatever flavor you want (ex: chocolate chips, pistachios, oreos, plain, etc.). Sprinkled with a touch of powdered sugar.
OLD SKOOL CHESS PIE
This Mississippi Delta classic has been around for generations. This culinary classic was taught to me by my beloved and late Grandmother. A delicious buttery sweet flavor can also be served alamode.
These great party cookies are for adults only. The cookie itself and the orange icing made from scratch with a orange zesty flavor as well as orange Patron vodka. Fun times!!
